Happy Birthday My King!

The Inn

It was late in the evening when they arrived. Even so late, the town was buzzing with people! He knew it would, and that’s why he was pushing so hard to get here, and if it wasn’t for the frequent stops they had to make, they would have been here sooner as he had planned, and he wouldn’t have to be worrying as he was now. It was not his fault. The sound of his wife moaning in pain snatched his focus away, he knew where the pain was coming from. Without saying a word he tied the colt to the nearest post, and rushed towered the inn with a hope of securing a room!

They were outside the palace and staring at the brightest star they had ever seen, this strange Star have been their guide and it was the reason for their journey. He appeared deceitful, as the silence brook away, it returned by you don’t know that, and was ended with we gave him the proper respect, after all it is his Kingdom! And again it was silent, the only sound was the sound of their caravan moving towered where the Star had soared. It was time, they had to move and move fast!

The smell was horrible, and if one would overcome the foul stench of the animals waste, one would hear the loud cry of a woman going through birth pains; at least they had a roof over their head, he reasoned with himself, the pain had increased and the loud cry was in tandem with moaning as it was becoming the concert of the night! And it happened………

There is nothing better than a warm fire and a full belly to wrap a hard day’s work. The flames were dancing in harmony with the gentle breeze that led the dance. They were so mesmerized by the dancing flam that none of the Shepard’s noticed the stranger appearing among them!

Don’t be afraid, for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.

As the travelers reached the hovering Bright star over the manger they heard the the sound of The New born King Crying.…….. those birth cries were replaced by the sound of hammer nailing the King to the Cross, echoing the silent words stretched to heaven: I Love You (Your Name)!

Happy Birthday my King!
